Powerful Performance – Stable Operation

• The CY880 biomass pellet machine is equipped with a powerful 250 kW main motor, operating steadily at a speed of 73–81 rpm, meeting the demands of large-scale industrial biomass pellet production. The DELIXI soft-start system helps reduce startup load, protect the motor, and extend the machine’s service life.

Durable Design – High Efficiency

• The machine features a double 880 stainless steel ring die combined with 2 rollers, enhancing durability, reducing wear, and producing uniform pellets with sizes ranging from 6–12 mm. With an output capacity of 3–4 tons per hour, it is suitable for continuous industrial production.

Integrated Feeding System

• The conveyor system is 8000 mm in length and 800 mm in width, powered by a 3 kW motor to ensure stable material feeding and optimize the overall operation efficiency of the production line.

Efficient Dust Collection System

• The machine is equipped with a YDCC4 dust filter bag system combined with a cyclone dust collector and a 4-72-3.2A blower fan with 2.2 kW power, effectively reducing dust during production and creating a cleaner and more professional working environment.
