Furnace body: refractory brick wall (thickness 230 mm), reinforced with U100 and V50 steel frames, anchor cables; dimensions: D 2800 × W 18,000 × H 2000 mm

Hopper: 2500 × 1500 mm, equipped with agitator driven by 3 HP gear motor

Feeding conveyor: W 600 × L 10,000 mm, thickness 12 mm (Japanese belt)

Feeding valve into furnace: Ø600, 5 HP motor, GT 1/30

Control cabinet: PLC program with dual modes (manual & automatic)

Furnace capacity: supplies heat for dryer of 5–8 tons/hour

Spiral design: improves drying efficiency

Heat source: biomass furnace providing hot air
